Single Wire Drawing Line

The small and intermediate single wire drawing machine developed by Dingtian is designed to process copper, aluminum, copper alloy, and silver-plated wire. Depending on the material or finished wire diameter you need, we have a wire drawing machine and even complete wire drawing lines for you to choose from.

Intermediate-wire drawing machine (0.8mm-2.6mm)
Small-wire drawing machines (0.1mm-1.2mm)
Fine-wire drawing machines (0.03mm-0.55mm)

If the products manufactured by the intermediate-wire drawing machines are not thin enough for your needs, we recommend adding our small-wire drawing machine and an annealing machine. Wires processed in this way offer better extension and are less likely to break. The annealing machine is recommended when you need high output and work with a variety of materials. Both the small-wire drawing machines and fine-wire drawing machines can be attached to annealing machines. Dingtian provides integrated production services by offering annealing solutions that best fit your individual situation.

Advantages
  • Every one of our wire drawing machines is dual frequency conversion and without tension rod. One frequency converter controls the wire drawing, the other controls the winding process. Because of this, the equipment can provide you with thinner drawing lines featuring better stability and minimize the chance of wire breakage.
  • Spooling device installed by plugging-in, available for take-up bobbins with different diameters, bobbin fixed on the axis by a pin, which grants better stability.
  • The wire drawing line allows for multiple traversing methods, such as I-shaped, cone-shaped, etc. Optical fiber measurement device is equipped for take-up bobbin length and weight measurement, to achieve automatic traversing.
