Dingtian is a professional wire drawing machine manufacturer. We produce all of the metal components used in our equipment with the exception of the motors. We process the case, shaft, shim, and other parts to maintain greater control over the cost of products and ensure quality.
Machine case is welded with 16mm-thick steel plate, which makes the machine heavier to increase stabilization during operation, providing better precision.
The concentricity of the two cylinders is essential for wire drawing precision, therefore we apply a boring machine to process two cylinders together, ensuring concentricity.
Dingtian is equipped with many turning machines and milling machines, to process over 300 components used in the wire drawing devices.
We have a sheet metal workshop to manufacture machine cases. Our sheet metal workshop is also used for metal packaging for the machines for international delivery. Sometimes wood packages do not meet certain laws and regulations in parts of the world.
Wire drawing lines assembled and tested in the assembly workshop. They are then packaged and shipped.
