LHST280-21 Wire Drawing Line Equipped with Continuous Annealers
Descriptions
The LHST280-21 wire drawing line is made up of wire drawing, annealing and spooling machines. The equipment is designed for wire drawing and continuous annealing with a minimum finished wire diameter is 0.5mm. A flat fan spray nozzle is equipped on the wire drawing machine to apply lubrication. The lubricants are specially formulated for certain metal materials. Due to the modular design, the annealer is optional. A servo motor is applied on the spooler for wire spooling and traversing control, this maximizes speed and efficiency.
