LHST150-24 Fine Wire Drawing Line Equipped with Annealers
Descriptions
The LHST150-24 fine wire drawing line is equipped with annealers, allowing it to carry out both wire drawing and annealing, with a minimum finished wire diameter of 0.05mm. The drawing machine uses a flat fan for lubricant spraying, ensuring the full wire lubrication during processing. During spooling, traversing is servo motor controlled, and the system is capable of automatically measuring the wire position on the bobbin. 10 to 30 devices can be operated with a single person using this spooling system.
