The LHS150-24 automatic fine wire drawing line’s finished wire diameter ranges between 0.03mm to 0.12mm, which satisfies most customer needs, making it one of our most popular pieces of equipment.
This equipment features a maximum of 24 wire drawing dies, and customers can choose between a diamond and carbide die to meet their needs. This wire drawing machine also utilizes an on-tension rod structure, with spooling work PLC controlled. This allows for simultaneous multi-device operation by a single operator, ensuring a better efficiency.
