The LHS220-24B intermediate wire drawing line is a single wire drawing machine with a minimum finished wire diameter of 0.10mm. A flat fan is applied for lubricant spraying, to ensure sufficient lubrication during the wire during processing. The maximum die number of the wire drawing machine is up to 24. Diamond and cemented carbide dies are available to choose from. Instead of working at a constant frequency, we apply a frequency changing function which changes the frequency via two frequency changers controlled by PLC. This effectively lowers the power consumption of the equipment.
